In My Mailbox (19)

Posted by

“In My Mailbox” is a meme, created by Kristi at The Story Siren, that features books I have

received/ purchased/ borrowed during the week.
This was a pretty slow week for me. I thought the mailman had forgotten where I live. But then it’s nice to get a breather to catch up. I started giving a few books away to make more room on my bookcase. *hangs head in shame*. I still got a few awesome reads though, have a look.

I got for review:

I want to thank JA Templeton and Penguin Canada for the review copies.

I bought:

Once a Witch has been on my wishlist for a while and I found it in the bargain shelf at Chapters for 5$! >.< Score!

Okay so… I’ll just say: I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on any of these books! 😉 They all sounds really awesome and I hope they’ll prove to be just as good! I’m super curious to hear your thoughts on them. Great IMM!

I love great deals on hardcover books! I’ve seen so many rave reviews for Once a Witch too 🙂
I read Lori (Pure Imagination)’s review of The Disenchantments a little while ago. It sounds really different, hope you enjoy it.

Hi Giselle, I think that this is a fairly good number of books – and yes, you’re right, it’s good to have a breather once in awhile to let you catch up with your other books gathering dust and waiting for your love on your shelves – it’s my first time to hear of these titles. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

I really want to read “A Touch of Frost” and “Once a Witch.” Actually I want to read them so much so that they’re some of the first books I’m getting on my NOOK next month.
