In My Mailbox (20)

Posted by

“In My Mailbox” is a meme, created by Kristi at The Story Siren, that features books I have

received/ purchased/ borrowed during the week.

I hope everyone had a good week. Mine was pretty dull. The weather is all out of whack here. One day it’ll be +10C and the next will be a snow storm, so we’re left with a wet slushy mess. Ick! I did get a few exciting bloggy emails though. If you check my sidebar I’ve scheduled in a few new tours that I’m really excited for! It’s going to be a fun spring season! Now, on to what pretties I got this week! =)

I received for review (click on cover for Goodreads):

*I want to thank Simon & Schuster, Flux Books, Scholastic Canada, Bewitching Book Tours, Tribute Books and Karina Halle for the review copies.

I bought:

To get ready for the Until I Die blog tour. I was actually really excited that this release was coming up, and then life just got in the way. So I’m happy to have an excuse to get off my butt and read this already!

Did you get something good in your mailbox this week?

Great books this week! I definitely want to check out The List! It sounds like it should be a good read, and I really want to get Die For Me. I always gravitate to it at the books store and stare at the gorgeous cover for awhile. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on these books! Happy reading 🙂

You got some awesome stuff. 🙂 I have Die For Me sitting on my shelf and I hope to get to it in February. 🙂 Been wanting to read it for ages and life got in the way. Anyway, I definitely agree that the weather is insane. On the bright side? January is almost over and that will bring us one step closer to spring.

The weather here sucked too, we got a whole bunch of freezing rain this week, not fun to walk to work in lol.

Die for me was an awesome book! Enjoy the others you got for review too!

Woah, that’s an amazing haul you have there! I’ve only gotten a book and three matching bookmarks from Megan Duncan this week, so I couldn’t do an IMM post. So jealous! Haha, kidding. Hope you enjoy those books, especially Until I Die and Initiation! Those look really interesting.:)

P.S. Didn’t realise I wasn’t a follower of the blog yet. Lol. So well, new follower here!:P

Those all look like really great books. I have been wanting to read Die For Me, but just haven’t found the time. I am trying not to buy anymore books (besides pre-orders and upcoming books I have been dying to read)until I read some of the ones I already have. Here’s my IMM

I really loved Until I Die. I’m interested to see what you think of I Am (Not) the Walrus…been contemplating picking it up, but think I have too many reads as it is! Wait…can you ever have too many?

What a great looking haul! I did get something great in my mailbox this week, Destiny’s Fire by Trisha Wolfe. I’ve been looking forward to reading it for a while now!

  14. Heidi

I’m very interested in Karina Halle’s series. I’ve read some decent reviews, and her interview over at Forever YA was flat out amazeballs. Successful self-published authors always grab my attention.

Wonder haul this week. I got a copy of Until Next Time too..looking forward to reviewing it for the blog tour. Die for Me looks yummy..i love the cover and will be looking for your stop on the tour 🙂

  16. Bibliotropic

You know, I got a copy of “Die For Me” ages ago, as a review copy, and I still haven’t read it yet! I really do need to make the time to get it read.

    Happy reading!

Holly Weird is starting to have me real curious and I’m soooo intrigued by Until Next Time! Also, I’m glad you finally get to read Die For Me. 😉 I so need to make time for it myself. Hope you enjoy!

*high fives* We’ll be in the same blog tour! YAAAAY. I hope Initiation is as good as it sounds. I got Hollyweird too and I HAD to request it because it just sounds diabolically (haha) funny.

The List looks like it’ll make me boatloads of sads, and so I don’t know if I’ll ever get to that one. BUT, I did really like Die For Me, so enjoy! So jealous of your Until I Die participation 😛

    Have an amazing reading week!

    Happy reading!

  20. speculatef

Ah, I always look at Die for Me at the store too, but somehow never buy it! I’ll wait to see what you make of it and then seriously think about getting it!

I’ll admit that I wasn’t a fan of Die For Me – but I do want to read Until I Die to see what happens next. I can’t wait until your post on it!

Great books this week and happy reading!

I LOVED Die for Me which is really strange since I didn’t care for Twilight and Die for Me felt kind of like a version of Twilight but with revenants instead of vampires. I think it was the magical Parisian setting that made me love it so much.

I am so anxious and excited to read Until I Die!

  24. Kat

I personally really enjoyed Die For Me. 🙂 Vincent was so cute!

The List looks like such a good book! I love reading books that deal with hard issues such as bullying. I hope it’s as good as it sounds! Happy reading!

  25. Candace

I have Die for Me still. I got it ages ago but still haven’t read it. Most of the books you got have awesome covers! And The List!!! Woo hoo! She’s an awesome author!
