Xpresso Weekly: Stacking the Shelves (38)

Posted by

Xpresso Weekly is my edition of Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews featuring the books I got this week, and I also mention blog news/happenings of the past week.
This week at Xpresso Reads

How was the first week back at work/school? I hardly had time to drink coffee *blasphemy* so I didn’t even see the freaking week go by! The blog was pretty busy too–especially giveaway wize–I had the Cadet of Tildor tour drop by, as well as the Cinder paperback tour just yesterday with sweet giveaways so check those out! Also, I received extra copies of some great ARCs that I’m giving away here. And I have a giveaway going on at Xpresso Book Tours in case you missed it! πŸ˜‰

So many fantastic looking books! Really interested in seeing what you think of The Lost Girl.. that’s one I’d really like to get to this year. And The Ruining! I really like the updated cover a lot better. Happy Reading! πŸ™‚

Oh, the lovelies! I can’t even right now, Giselle, you got so many of my anticipated reads for 2013!

The Book of Broken Hearts’s cover is absolutely amazing. I’m in love with it. Seriously, I’m already planning to buy for the sole reason of the cover- just look at that gorgeous purple color. And the contrast of the orange flower is beautiful. I just love it! I hope the book turns out to be good as well, so I have even more reason to buy it. πŸ˜‰

Dare You To is also another one I’m super hyped up about! I loved Pushing the Limits to pieces, and I already can’t wait to pick this one up. I hope it’s as good as the first. Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea also sounds super unique and creepy, which is always a fabulous combination in books. πŸ˜‰

Enjoy all your fabulous books, Giselle! <3 Hope they all turn out to be as fabulous as they look. =)

Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea also looks really good, and I’ve seen you being excited about it before so I’m very interested to see what you think. Glad you loved Paper Valentine, I love everything Brenna writes.

    Enjoy them all dear!

I totally entered that giveaway and tweeted a couple of times. I better win! πŸ˜‰

You got some great books this week. I’m not sure if any of them are books that I would want and I am on the fence about a couple of them, but a few good reviews could convince me to try them.

Great cheery and bright blog design this week. I love it!

  18. Christina

*puts on bright green hat of envy* Ashes on the Waves! Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea! Lullaby! WANT!

Note: One of these I am not actually jealous of. Can you guess which?

It makes me ridiculously happy to see you getting some NA books. I hope you like them. Hopeless! Read Hopeless! Or any Colleen Hoover book will do but Hopeless!
Dare You To! Can’t wait! I have Down to You too but haven’t read it yet. My sister did and really liked it though. Sea of Tranquility is on my soon-to-be-read list. I haven’t read a Sarah Ockler book yet and I’m not of big fan of this cover…

BETWEEN THE DEVIL AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA!!!
