Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews featuring the books we got this week, and I also mention blog news/happenings of the past week.

Woot only a few more weeks until the beginning of spring and I don’t know about you but I am ready for this winter to be over! We got about 40cm of snow just this past week and now it’s raining! What a mess! I took a picture of my view from my car in the driveway here O_O Yeppers! So on the blog this week Jenni and I talked about why we loved being bloggers and readers – you can check that out here. And there’s also time to enter the Birthday Cover Madness giveaway here! I got some birthday bookish gifts this week, and then some review copies as well! So let’s go see the pretties!

Oh wow! Awesome haul Giselle! I haven’t read any of those yet but I have to admit all the Coverdale re completely drool worthy, and Falls the Shadow looks pretty creepy.

Happy belated Birthday! Awesome bookish gifts as well. πŸ˜‰ I’ve heard pretty great things about Ellen Hopkins and Carol Lynch Williams, I’m sure you’re going to love them.

  2. Melanie (YA Midnight Reads)

I was going to Royally Lost from Edelweiss but then I checked it out on Goodreads and saw all the 1 star reviews–from my co-blogger, Celine as well so I was like: Yeah…nah. I look forward to what you think of it! Hexed looks great as well.

    Happy reading, Giselle! <33

  3. Aimee

Eeep! So excited for Dissonance, Sublime and The Summer I Wasn’t Me! These all look like wonderful books, Giselle, and I hope you enjoy them all. πŸ™‚

  4. Christy

Great haul! I really want to read Love Letters to the Dead, Sublime, and Dissonance! Waiting looks really interesting too, I’m going to have to check that one out πŸ™‚

  5. Amy @ Book Loving Mom

I love the cover for Falls the Shadow. I know that is a book I will need on my shelves!! I just finished Donners of the Dead yesterday and it was fantastic. Look at those pretties from Jenni!! Awesome haul babe! You should be getting something in the mail from me in like a week. I ordered it a few days ago from TBD. πŸ™‚

Donners of the Dead has a really awesome cover. Then again, it has a zombiesque kind of feel to it. Also Hexed is extremely popular this week. Enjoy your goodies.

The Summer I Wasn’t Me sounds so intriguing. Also, Dissonance has a gorgeous cover and Royally Lost seems like it’s full of fluff and I hope you enjoy that one. Also, happy belated birthday, Giselle! *hugs* πŸ™‚

Royally Lost looks and sounds wonderful! It looks like you got a tad bit of snow. I think I’d be sick of it too! We had 4 days of snow this year and everything shuts down around here so it was just sitting around the house the whole time. It was fun at first but got old fast.

  9. Alexia @ Adventures in Reading

The Summer I Wasn’t Me was amazing and oh geez the feels.I was a wreck after I finished it. I hope you have better luck with Sekret than I did (I DNF’ed it) I got Dissonance as well. Super excited about that one. Still waiting to hear about The Cellar. I have a blogger friend sending me Love Letters To The Dead so YAY.

    Happy reading lovely.

  10. Eileen @ Singing and Reading in the Rain

Love Letters to the Dead looks so good! I was approved for it a while ago but when I went to read it the file had expired so I never did get the opportunity to. But I hope you enjoy it! Royally Lost also looks really cute, and I love Falls to the Shadow’s cover! So cool. Happy reading, Giselle, you got a lot of amazing books this week! <33

Wheee! Donners! That cover of Sublime is… sublime? ha. Slap me. Really need to get around to reading a Carol Lynch Williams book. I only found out recently that she writes in verse so I’m all over that. Happy Reading!

I really want to read Sublime. I am a big fan of Christina Lauren and am excited to see what they come up with next. Love Letters to the Dead has also been getting good reviews. Happy reading!
