Giselle’s Stacking the Shelves [July 6th]

Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews featuring the books we got this week, and I also mention blog news/happenings of the past week.

How is everyone doing? I hope  you were affected by the recent Google freak out – I hear a bunch of blogs got deleted this week. Never too late to move to WordPress! 😉 Also I hope all my Eastern friends all stayed safe from the hurricane. It hit us this weekend – just the tail end of it so it wasn’t so bad here. So this week on the blog we posted our 2nd Cover Madness giveaway hop which started on the 1st, don’t miss your chance to win over 40 giveaways! This was another slow book week for me, but I’m excited about the creepies I got!

THIS WEEK’S BOOK HAUL:

I received for review:

*Thanks to Raincoast Books, Random House Canada, and HarperCollins for these pretties!*

That’s all for me this week!
XOXO

Ahh! The Girl From the Well looks awesome, Giselle. I hope you’ll love reading it because it looks like your kind of read. 🙂
Also, The Fall! I’m excited to read that one. It looks very creepy. I resisted downloading Perfectionists because it’s probably going to be a never ending series.
    Enjoy your books, Giselle! 🙂

  2. Melanie (YA Midnight Reads)

Ooh I am just about to start The Girl from the Well. It looks good, but the reviews so far have been pretty meh about it. I’m very curious about what you’ll think of The Perfectionists.

    Happy reading, Giselle! <33

YAY for The Fall 😀 I got it too. <3 It just sounds amazing. And I adore the author. Fingers crossed we will both love it 🙂 Happy reading sweetie. <3

GISEEEELLE!! I can’t wait for you to read Girl From The Well. I’m not sure what the consensus is, but it’s categorized under YA HORROR, soooo… we all love a bit of horror in our lives, don’t we? Can’t wait to see what you think of it!

Phew, I also heard about the Google thing and it gave me quite a scare because blogger is our host. When we decide to buy a domain, we’ll definitely switch to WordPress.

Anyway, I hadn’t heard of the Girl from the Well and I don’t know how that happened. It sounds awesome and it looks like other people think so too! *adds on Goodreads*

I had not heard about any Blogger problems. So scary. Off to backup my blog now. Been meaning to switch to WordPress but haven’t found the time. I still have Night Film on my TBR list and I hear that the new Bethan Griffin is good as well. Happy reading!
