It’s 2012!!!!! *throws confetti* Another year gone. I hope you all made your goals and did important things. Like stop world hunger and stuff. Me, I went well over my goal of reading 100 books – I made it to 153! Hurray! What? I recycled too!

Hey guys! I told myself a few weeks ago I wouldn’t buy any books before Christmas and so far I’m doing great! Some awesome books just came out though so… it may not last o_O  BUT- only 21 days this Christmas! SQUEEEE.

How’s it going this week? I just got back from the Santa Claus parade which was great and my son loved it – it was his first time seeing it. We had wonderful weather for it too. What else is new!? I went to see Breaking Dawn! I found a few parts very cheesy but all in all I really enjoyed it. I think my favorite is still Eclipse though (which is funny because it was my least favorite of the books).I hope you guys are all happy with your haul this week. I didn’t buy any books since we’re saving up for the holidays, but…

How are my lovelies this week? We’re starting to see Christmas lights going up and it’s getting me in the holiday mood! I Love Christmas it’s my favorite holiday because I get to see a lot of family that I don’t see the rest of the year. Plus my little one is 18 months old so it’s the first Christmas where he’s old enough to really enjoy it. Everything is so much more exciting when you go through it with your kid! How is everyone on this long weekend (at least for Canadians)? We just celebrated my father’s 60th yesterday. Had a family gathering with some yummy Acadian fricot- If you don’t know what fricot is, you’re missing on some awesome grubs! Also, I just realized the next long weekend will be Christmas!
