  • Georgia from the Confessions of Georgia Nicholson Series: Clearly I am going for funny in the beginning here because this is another girl that leaves me laughing my ass off! This series is so adorable and anyone looking for a good giggle should read it and ignore that horrible, horrible cover.
  • Katniss from The Hunger Games: This is where things start to get a bit more serious.  I admit, I don’t think Katniss would be fun but I would just really love to know her!
  • Adam from If I Stay: I just want this guy in my life and if it’s just at my lunch table than so be it!

Giselle

  • Jordan from Catching Jordan: This girl is just funny and down to earth and I cam see her and I becoming BFFs despite my lack of sportish abilities!
  • Lisbeth from The Girl With a Dragon Tattoo: Hey, everybody needs a hacker-slash-genius in their circle of friends! It would have been very convenient to have access to her skills and merciless personality in high school!
  • Darla from Ashfall: This girl is incredibly resourceful and I’m sure she would take any high school queen bee by the balls >.< Plus, I just love her. One of my fav female characters in YA!
  • Harry, Hermione, and Ron: Because if I went back to school, it would be at Hogwarts, so it’s only natural that these guys will be with me, no!?
  • Hanna from Pretty Little Liars: So that I can just sit back and be endlessly entertained by her hilarious dumb blond moments! (I’m referring more to the Hannah from the TV series than the books themselves)

Who would be at your own table? Would you visit ours? >.<

This was really just a bunch of novellas about people either getting raped, beaten, or dying. POVs lasting for one chapter to never be visited again. It was weeeeird. Most stories/characters were not even related at all to the main storyline. Seriously! I don’t get it!

Let’s start at the beginning. A guy disappears, while learning a bit more about him we find out that he was convinced he could get to alternate dimensions, and we’re led to believe that that’s where he disappeared to. Everyone who knew him believes that as well, even the police question people about that as if they would actually be considering it. Okay, whatever. I can dig a sci-fi vibe in an otherwise contemporary novel. I loved Between the…
