Hi lovelies! Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms! I had a great week, but pretty uneventful which is good and stress free 🙂 On the blog, though I had a blast. On Tuesday I had the Until I Die blog tour stop by for my review, a great guest post and a giveaway for a signed copy of Die For Me! It’s open worldwide so make sure you’re entered! On Thursday I had the fabulous Devri Walls who showed us a sneak peak of Wings of Arian! Also, make sure you don’t miss the wonderfully badass cover reveal for what quickly became one of my favorite books EVER – The Last Bastion of the Living. Up on my Facebook page I showed you the lovely cover of Asunder, the sequel to Incarnate. And don’t forget: This is the last day to get 10% off everything at The Book Depository – the link is up on the sidebar, where you can also note the two new upcoming tour stops: Crazy Dangerous, and of course The Last Bastion of the Living. Lastly, you will notice a new fab button up on the sidebar for the upcoming Midsummer Dream Fair that Xpresso Read is co-sponsoring. Make sure to check it out and mark your calendars!

The Bastion was humanity’s last hope against the fearsome undead creatures known as the Inferi Scourge. A fortified city with a high wall, surrounded by lush land rich with all the resources needed to survive, protected by high mountain summits, and a massive gate to secure the only pass into the valley, the Bastion became the last stronghold of the living on earth. But one fateful day, the gate failed and the Inferi Scourge destroyed the human settlements outside the walls and trapped the survivors inside the city. Now decades later, the last remaining humans are struggling to survive in a dying city as resources and hope dwindle.

Two young women from totally different backgrounds are thrown together during World War II: one a working-class girl from Manchester, the other a Scottish aristocrat, one a pilot, the other a wireless operator. Yet whenever their paths cross, they complement each other perfectly and before long become devoted friends. But then a vital mission goes wrong, and one of the friends has to bail out of a faulty plane over France. She is captured by the Gestapo and becomes a prisoner of war. Pretty AmyLisa BursteinRelease date: May 8th, 2012by Entangled Publishing

Goodreads / Purchase

Amy is fine living in the shadows of beautiful Lila and uber-cool Cassie, because at least she’s somewhat beautiful and uber-cool by association. But when their dates stand them up for prom, and the girls take matters into their own hands—earning them a night in jail outfitted in satin, stilettos, and Spanx—Amy discovers even a prom spent in handcuffs might be better than the humiliating “rehabilitation techniques” now filling up her summer. Worse, with Lila and Cassie parentally banned, Amy feels like she has nothing—like she is nothing.

Navigating unlikely alliances with her new coworker, two very different boys, and possibly even her parents, Amy struggles to decide if it’s worth being a best friend when it…

A story of crushes, corsets, and conspiracy

Libby Kelting had always felt herself born out of time. No wonder the historical romance-reading, Jane Austen-adaptation-watching, all-around history nerd jumped at the chance to intern at Camden Harbor, Maine’s Oldest Living History Museum. But at Camden Harbor Libby’s just plain out of place, no matter how cute she looks in a corset. Her cat-loving coworker wants her dead, the too-smart-for-his-own-good local reporter keeps pushing her buttons, her gorgeous sailor may be more shipwreck than dreamboat — plus Camden Harbor’s haunted. Over the course of one unforgettable summer, Libby learns that boys, like ghosts, aren’t always what they seem.
