Fresh Batch, posted weekly, keeps you up to date on the hottest releases of the upcoming week.
Flavor of the week:

Ruins
Dan Wells
Series: Partials Sequence #3
Publication date: March 11th 2014
by Balzer + Bray
Kira, Samm, and Marcus fight to prevent a final war between Partials and humans in the gripping final installment in the Partials Sequence, a series that combines the thrilling action of The Hunger Games with the provocative themes of Blade Runner and The Stand.
There is no avoiding itβthe war to decide the fate of both humans and Partials is at hand. Both sides hold in their possession a weapon that could destroy the other, and Kira Walker has precious little time to prevent that from happening. She has one chance to save both species and the world with them, but it will only come at great personal cost.

So excited for Ruins and Liv Forever!

The mirk and midnight hour! Such a pretty cover π I’ve heard good things about Ask again later and I liked The shadow prince. I’m reading Ruins now and it’s great so far.
Kristin@Blood,Sweat and Books
I really want to read The Mirk and the Midnight Hour & Liv Forever. I might just have to pick both of those up alongside Cured when I next get to the bookstore.
Faye @ The Social Potato
Gah! I really need to read Partials! I have the first book here with me… jsut haven’t gotten around to reading it yet haha. The rest don’t really seem my kinda books so I’ll pass. Hopefully next book will be better for me and my preferences XD
Amanda @ Book Badger
Ask Again Later is the only book out this week that remotely interests me and that’s because I’ve seen good things about it. I’m excited! π
Eileen @ Singing and Reading in the Rain
Ask Again Later is so cute I can’t wait it for it to hit the shelves so everyone else can read it! I also wasn’t a fan of Promise of Shadows but I really do like that cover π Thanks for sharing, Giselle! <33
Jeann @ Happy Indulgence
Wow it’s a huge bookish week this week, some great reminders to read ARCs that I have like Ask Again Later and The Shadow Prince. Thanks for sharing Giselle!
Jackie @ Bibliobrat
Looking forward to Ask Again Later!
I read an ARC of The Weight of Blood and thought it was really good.
Aimee @ Deadly Darlings
I haven’t read Partials yet. D: But, on the other hand, I’m so excited for The Promise of Shadows! And I’m reading Ask Again Later right now–it’s okay so far. I should really read the Mercy Thompson series as well! Thanks for sharing, Giselle!
Pili
I’m dying to get Ruins next week, cause I’ve loved the trilogy so far and cannot wait what new twists Dan Wells has in stock for us!
Strange Sweet Song and The Shadow Prince I just read ARCs of and loved them!
And ACID is a fantastic book! SO happy you guys are getting it over there, it is a great classical dystopian, very much like Brave New World or 1984!
Jessica @ Rabid Reads
Too. Many. Good. Books. π I have Partials, but I haven’t read it yet *hangs head in shame* Is Ruins the last book, or is this series more than a trilogy?
Lolita
I didn’t realize Ruins is already released! I enjoyed the first two books in this series, so I hope I can get my copy of Ruins soon.
Savannah
