You might love it, hate it, never have read it but you’ve probably heard of Pride and Prejudice. After all, Goodreads tells me there are 2557 published editions of it (and probably even more that haven’t been recorded on Goodreads). While it would be impossible for me to showcase all of them, I chose 3 that I thought were pretty and wanted to battle them out for this edition of Epic Cover Battles! Let me know if you have another fav edition in the comments so I can oooh and aaah over ittt 🙂
May the best cover win!

Definitely the Barnes and Noble one. But Penguin put P&P in their Drop Cap edition line up and it’s GORGEOUS.

They’re all beautiful. Headline won my heart for the vote though. The Barnes version has the best font though and it covers the whole book splendidly.

I have the Penguin Drop Cap version, and it’s a beauty!

Looks like a lot of us liked B&N’s version. It just looks right!

I’m with the majority so far, voting for the B&N edition – they have some beautiful covers in their collection and I’m always lusting after the P&P one.
It’s undeniable that they are all lovely covers though!

That’s a difficult question! Hahah I just don’t like the penguin classics design not that much. However I would find it interesting, too, how the front pages differ according to different countries 😉

That Barnes and Noble edition is absolutely gorgeous, but I also love the Penguin edition for a more subtle look that fits with the rest of the Penguin classic editions. I feel like I’d probably end up buying both. 😉
