Giselle’s Stacking the Shelves [February 22nd]

Stacking the Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews featuring the books we got this week, and I also mention blog news/happenings of the past week.

Hi bookish lovelies! I hope you’re all having a great weekend! I’ve been fighting off a cold for the past week so I’m mostly doing nothing or watching TV – which I’m not complaining about I guess 😉 Any good movies you’ve seen lately? I’ve been binge-watching The Good Wife but once that’s done I’ll need some new entertainment! So this week I only got a few eBooks. I think our city and driveaway are so deeply buried in snow that no mail could even reach be to be honest >.<

BOOK HAUL:

I received for review:
IMM1 IMM2 IMM3
IMM4 IMM5

*Thanks to Simon & Schuster, Jennifer Iacopelli, HarperCollins, and Random House for these pretties!*

You know you love me!

Oh what a lovely haul Giselle. I had no idea CoHo had a new book already O_O I’m like 2 books behind now I think. I can’t keep up! I had to look twice before I even realised it was a Colleen Hoover book haha. The Girl at Midnight looks really promising I’m expecting a copy in the mail too. We All Looked Up has the most gorgeous cover and an interesting premise I might pick it up.

    Happy reading!

Wowowow Giselle, so many amazing books!!! I am simply dying for Confess, and Losing at Love sounds great too. So many pretty covers too. :’) Thanks for sharing, I hope you love every single one of these. Looking forward to some lovely reviews as usual! 🙂

I want The Girl At Midnight so bad! And Confess seems so good… Ugh! So many choices – so little time… Great collection, Giselle! Wishing you a happy & beautiful week.

I have a friend who read and loved Confess but I’m still a little gun shy with CoHo after reading and hating Maybe Someday. Enjoy your books, Giselle! 🙂

I didn’t know that Hoover and Iacopelli had new books out, I still need to read Iacopelli’s previous book Game. Set. Match. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve not been feeling well, I’ve been the same this weekend, haven’t been in the mood for doing much at all. I hope you feel better soon. Have you seen the show Suits? I did start that a few weeks back and it was pretty good, otherwise another show I highly recommend is Scandal, honestly the series just gets better and better!

I just read Confess and it wasn’t my favorite Hoover book although I really liked it. It just had one of my bookish pet peeves that I wasn’t too happy about. Enjoy your books!
I can’t even imagine where you live. It’s been 70-80 degrees over here. My girls are in tanks and shorts and it was so nice we’ve been camping in our backyard the past few weekends. I’m not equipped to handle snow or cold.

I’m definitely curious about Confess. I’ve only read two CoHo books and kind of disliked them both, so I’m looking for a book of hers that I’ll enjoy.

The Girl at Midnight looks gorgeous and I love the synopsis, so I definitely hope you end up enjoying that one. 🙂
