Howdy! So we just got one heck of a major snowstorm! I survived!! Though I’m pretty much trapped in my house! O.O Yep, fun times. Ok so–are you from or close enough to get to Boston?     We got about 2 feet of snow from the blizzard, less than areas. I can at least get out of my condo. 🙂

    Awesome haul! I love the hoodie that you got! I hope you enjoy Boundless, I have yet to buy it and read it. I love the trilogy and can’t wait to see where this book takes the characters. Everbound is another one I really want! Hope you enjoy all of your awesome books!

      Also, I have yet to read the Ally Carter books (not sure why I was sent this one) but I’ll be starting it since I have this one! I hear it’s a fun series and i did enjoy her other series–which I only read book 1 of 🙂

    Isn’t that SCARLET tour package amazing? Macmillan sent me one as well, and I was shocked and awed as I opened it!! I might ask my crafty mom to put a zipper down the front, though, because I’m not such a fan of drawstring hoodies, but it’s GORGEOUS!

    Oh, FRACTURED, I just picked up SLATED at a signing last weekend (Along with BOUNDLESS and EVERBOUND)! I still need to pick up PERFECT SCOUNDRELS, too. The cover for FUSE is awesome! LOVE!

    Oh that hoodie looks brilliant! I would love one of those, even though I haven’t actually read Scarlet yet. 😉 Anyway, great haul Giselle! I grabbed Insomnia this week, too, though I can’t entirely remember why. 😛 I hope it doesn’t turn out to be awful.

    The snow hit us too, so I actually had time to write some reviews. Our train system is still completely shut down, but it will be running in August when you’re here for the meetup!

    What a snow drift!!!! I do believe those 2 storms did indeed converge and made a mess right on top of you, my dear!!! What’s funny is down here, on our weather channels, the weather seems to stop right at the Canadian border; it’s like the weather just stops right there. Hysterical I say!

    You work so hard, you got such an awesome hoodie and swag for it!!!! And great haul on the books!! You’re always so far ahead of what I hear is coming out soon! Can’t wait to see what you think 😉

    Insomnia looks totally awesome and the Lunar Chronicles stuff is really cool. I need to give the Unearthly books another go. Can’t find my copy for the first so might need to do a re-buy. >.< I remember getting half way and being 'off' even though I thought the actual writing was good. Think I might've given it away at the Blogger Meet Up last year. Ah well. Jay's taking me to Chapters next week. <3

    Hope you’ve had a fantastic week and that the next one’s even better. I’ve got my (early) birthday party today since the rest of my family is going to Florida while I’m staying here since I’ve got company coming. We’re having lasagna, which should be great. Then it’s time to use my birthday money to get some Amazon goodies. (Still need to decide what.) Bye!

    I got Insomnia this week, too! I can’t wait to start it. I also got Fuse a few weeks ago, but have yet to read Pure. *sigh* I fail. Boundless was great, and I’ve heard even better things about Everbound, so I’m looking forward to starting that. Great haul, G!

    I am SOOO jealous of your hoodie!! AHHH! I can’t wait to try Scarlet! I thought Cinder was in the middle and was a bit disappointed, but also love Red Riding Hood stories SO much more! Cinderella stories are NOT my favorite at all! I tend to find them blick! I love Ally’s Katerina series and can’t wait to buy the next in the series. It’s such a fun and clever one. I was a bit disappointed with the news a while ago that Drew Barrymore had purchased the rights to it and then was going to turn the main character into the early 20’s which is silly and would completely alter the whole spectrum of it all in my opinion…c’est la vie! But I also haven’t seen any more about it so maybe it’s not happening now. Who knows. I would think it’d be an expensive one w/all the places, art, etc. Happy reading my dear!

    The haul of CREEPTASTIC books. Some of these are SCUUURRRY and I wouldn’t want to trade places with you since you’ll be shaking in the dark after reading some of those. I can tell.

    BUT. Boundless and Everbound in one sweep. I still need to read both and honestly I don’t know what the heck is wrong with me! Enjoy ’em for me in the meantime 😉

    Pure creeped me the hell out! I couldn’t get over her doll hand. I of course start thinking weird things. I think that would be a major buzzkill when getting busy…
    Ah, I LOVED Boundless! Are you Team Tucker or Team Christian? I think Cynthia Hand did an amazing job with that ending that everyone will be happy no matter who she ends up with or what team you are on.
    I gotta read Everneath because the reviews are killing me!
    I still haven’t read Cinder…*hides in box of shame*

    I have the Scarlet hoodie as well, which is AWESOME. It’s all kinds of warm and snuggly – I can’t wait to wear it again when I’m back in the cold US weather. Also – yay for Boundless!
