Xpresso Weekly: Stacking the Shelves (53)

Posted by

Xpresso Weekly is my edition of Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews featuring the books I got this week, and I also mention blog news/happenings of the past week.
This week at Xpresso Reads

How is everyone this week? Spring is finally starting to show its face and I’m so happy! And is everyone ready for BEA, too? I know I am and am stoked to meet everyone there! πŸ˜€ So this week on the blog was pretty giveaway-tastic! For my Canadian peeps you can win a copy of The Beautiful and the Cursed! And my international lovelies can win book 1-3 of the Revenants series by Amy Plum which is awesome!

EEEK GISELLE. So many pretty books this week! This Song Will Save Your Life looks amazing, I love the cover. I’m pretty sure everyone’s drooling over Antigoddess! And I really loved Burn For Burn, so hopefully the sequel is just as great. Lovely books! Happy reading, Giselle πŸ™‚

The problem when I go on blogs and go through all the STS’s is that I start wanting to go on netGalley or Edelweiss and request them all. I mean, Antigoddess has been popping up on EVERYONE’s list I and NEEED IT SO FREAKING BAD! Greek Mythology + me = INSTANT LOVE. URGH. I do hope you enjoy it though! I just really don’t want it to disappoint πŸ˜€

Happy reading all those pretties! <33

Burn for Burn was so good and I really hope the sequel is even better. Game. Set. Match – I’d love to read that one. Andrea from The Bookish Babes had good things to say about it on GR so yup, exciteeeed!! Oh, and I saw you were happy about Antigoddess on GR so I hope if you haven’t finished it yet it’ll be to your liking til the end of it πŸ™‚ Have a great Sunday, Giselle! x

I hope you enjoy all your reads for this week πŸ˜€

My. Mind. Is. BLOWN! I love the cover for This Song Will Save Your Life and I still haven’t read Burn for Burn but I lofe the cover of Fire with Fire! You have a ton of amazing books as always that I can’t even begin to be like, “ME JELLY GIMME!” I seem to do that a lot on your blog lol.

But happy reading! I was just on Amy’s blog and saw that you gifted her the first three books but you have them too so I hope you both lovelovelove them, but I remember how much you loved all of Rhiannon’s other books and you mentioned in a Book Girls post that she was an author that you loved and every one of her books was a really awesome one. Don’t ask me how I remember that stuff I’m SO not a stalker…right?

    Happy reading πŸ™‚

Spring? My weather jumped right from winter to summer (from 14c to 30c in two weeks)…
And I hope you all have great time at BEA. While we European bloggers arrange our sock drawer (blame the cuddlebuggery for this idea).
I immediately zoomed in to AntiGoddess in you book haul. I hope that book delivers, because boy my expectations are high. Interesting books. I hope you enjoy them all!
New books for me this week…

I like this cover for Rouge much better than the new one. Fits it better too. Hope you like it!
I’m very curious about Game. Set. Match. I passed on the blog tour because I was trying to cut back but now I kind of want it.
