Posted by

Xpresso Weekly is my edition of Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews featuring the books I got this week, and I also mention blog news/happenings of the past week.
This week at Xpresso Reads

Xpresso Reads has a birthday today! Yay! I officially started my blog 1 year ago today and I am stunned and excited and, most of all, overwhelmed with how many friends I’ve made! I have a WHOLE WEEK’S worth of posts planned for my blogoversary celebration and make sure to drop by every day because there will be epic giveaways you won’t wanna miss! The first post will be going up today!

In the meantime, why don’t you check out the new giveaways I posted this week: You can win an audiobook of Monstrous Beauty, and the Send blog tour dropped by where you can read my review and enter to win a copy.

I keep going to my local store ever second day to see if they have Girl of Nightmares in. It was meant to be in stores, according to the Australian pubs site, end of August. *waits impatiently*

Lovely haul, I think Adaptation’s cover looks cool πŸ™‚

These look amazing! I still haven’t read Anna but the cover of Girl of Nightmares is gorgeous. Splintered has been on my TBR list for way too long- can’t resist a new, twisted version of Alice in Wonderland πŸ™‚ Hope you enjoy all your books and your THG DVD <3

Looks like you got some great stuff. πŸ™‚ I still need to pick up a copy of The Hunger Games DVD. I have Anna Dressed In Blood sitting here. I’m thinking I’ll read that next month since I should be trying to focus a bit more on Halloween.

Congrats on one year of blogging. πŸ™‚ I wish you all the best as you step forward into a new one.

Anyway, I’ve been trying to keep my purchase count down because I have so much stuff to read right here. But I wanted to drop by and see whether you got anything interesting.

    Have a great day!

OMG how did I not comment on this post yesterday!! I swear I read it, but I guess I never commented. I still need to get The Hunger Games DVD. I keep telling the hubs to buy it for me. Ahhhh Splintered. I am dying to read that book and I didn’t even know it went up on NetGalley until 2 days ago. I requested it and am crossing my fingers for it!! It’s one of my most anticipated books for next year!

You got some great ones this week! I have Girl of Nightmares and considering I LOVED Anna Dressed in Blood I have no idea why this is still on my TBR list. And I think I’m the only one left on this planet that still needs to watch The Hunger Games. Must remedy this soon. πŸ™‚
    Happy Reading!
