A very BIG thank you to the wonderful Henrietta from Leisure Reads for these two pretties! I have deduced that she is Santa! Yep! So obviously being Santa makes her fabulous and you should all go and follow her! :) Thanks, muffin!

OMG! I kinda hate you for Siege and Storm! :P
I cannot wait to read that book! I hope you’ll enjoy it! :)
Love the cover for Aurora Sky!
Enjoy all your lovelies, Giselle! :)

  3. Jen (A Reading Daydreamer)

I would say I’m really jealous that you Siege and Storm, but I haven’t exactly read Shadow and Bone yet. ;) But Love and Other Perishable Items! That looks so adorable. :) I’ve heard really great things about Sarah Alderson’s books, I’m going to have to check them out sometime. Great haul, and happy reading! :)

  4. Nereyda @Mostly YA Book Obsessed

I’m so ashamed to say that I haven’t read Shadow & Bone yet, even though I heard it’s amazing. So awesome that you got the second book! I gotta say, the cover to Monument 14 is pretty awesome.
Such pretty makeovers this week too, and yes Henrietta is the sweetest. Her being Santa totally makes sense!

  5. Silverlight

I’ve had Shadow & Bone sitting on my bookshelf since summer, and still haven’t had a chance to start it. Weather Witch looks cool, and Solstice is on my pile to read.

Have a great week, love the new designs, as usual!

  6. Sam

Seige and Storm! I loved the first book so I can’t wait to see what you think. Love and Other Perishable Items I must get hold of soon too. It sounds brilliant. Awesome haul as always!

  7. Amy

OMG you got Sky On Fire!!! And The Weather Witch!! Awesome! I have to read Love and Other Perishable Items. I was going to read it this weekend, but I still haven’t finished Opal yet. I haven’t had like any reading time. Great haul baby cakes!! Love the new designs too. ;)

Ahhh Seige & Storm! I am pretty much dying for that book. And I didn’t even know Monument 14 #2 had a title and cover, let alone that they are distributing review copies already. But I love how well that cover works with what the book is going to be about. Although, what stood out to me was the fact that they made the series title bigger than the actual title of the book. Strange, isn’t it?

I also love getting signed books, especially when an author writes out such a long note! Michelle seems so sweet to do that for you. =)

Enjoy all those fantastic lovelies Giselle! <3

  9. Kara_Malinczak

So jealous over your copies of Weather Witch and Siege and Storm. You know how much I would die to have that sequel in my hands? Aghhhhh. Lucky.

Also, love your blog design this week. So creative and I love the color combo. It’s definitely one of my favorites. :)

  10. Jasprit

Oh my gosh are my eyes deceiving me? Siege and Storm and Monument 14 Sky on Fire? You are honestly one lucky girl Giselle! I absolutely adored Severed, so look forward to seeing how you find it! Happy reading! :)

  11. Eileen

    I

    Am

    Very

    Jealous

    Of

    Siege and Storm.

In case you didn’t know ;) And EEEEKK! I LOVE your new banner! Kind of like literally, you’re so good at designing! Really. Really. Really.

I hope you enjoy your books! And Henrietta DOES equal Santa Claus! :D

  12. Micheline D

OMG OMG OMG!! SO many things to get excited about here – you got Siege & Storm and I haven’t even managed to get my hands on Shadow & Bone!!! SO jealous!! I also REALLY want to read Weather Witch…it’s so pretty and… well, WITCHES :D I also really need to get my hands on a copy of First Grave on the Right so I can start that series, it’s been on the list too long. Congrats on ALL the goodies love, happy reading!

Ive never read Leigh Bardugos 1st.
I am looking forward to reading the Darynda Jones series.
Hope ur week is awesome & you’re reading some awesome books and drinking good coffee.
I have been splurging on peppermint mocha lattes. A little too much. I live within a 5 minute walk to Dunkin Donuts and a very good diner. I have 2 fabulous coffee sources right by me. Its fun to go and hook up the tablet and watch a movie or read and drink coffee w/a pastry or whatever.
    Ok, I ll shut up..lol..
